        • Name and surname;

        • Phone number;

        • Invoicing address;

        • Shipping address;

        • As well as any other categories of data that you provide directly in the context of creating the user account, in the context of placing an order through the website or in any other way resulting from the use of the website.

If you use your Facebook or Google account to create a user account on the website, AETS will process the following public profile data displayed by the respective applications: username, e-mail address.

If you choose to create your user account only before completing the order of a product available on the site, your e-mail address will be requested, based on which an account will be automatically created.

If you do not complete the order, the e-mail address and other data provided will not be stored by AETS and the account created will be automatically deleted.

1.2. If you are a visitor to the website, AETS will process your personal data that you provide:

        • Directly in the context of using the site, such as the data you provide in the contact / questions / complaints section, to the extent that you contact us in this way;

The provision of your personal data is necessary for the execution of this contract. The refusal to provide the data may result in the impossibility of developing the contractual relations between you and AETS.

3. Duration for which we process your data

AETS will process your personal data as much as is necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned above.

If you are a customer, we will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter according to the legal obligations that fall under the responsibility of AETS (for example, in the case of financial and accounting supporting documents for which the retention period provided by law is 10 years from the date of the end of the financial year during which they were drawn up).

4. Disclosure of personal data

We do not rent / sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Deleting the user account

Before processing the request to delete your user account, we reserve the right to verify your identity to ensure that the request originates from you.

All the requests will be processed accordingly to the internal procedures and we will respond you as soon as possible, without exceeding 7 (seven) calendar days from the date your request is received.

AETS will interpret this action as your option to unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications by which we keep you informed about the products and services offered through the site.

In this regard, if you choose to delete your user account, we will no longer send you such e-mails and / or sms. However, we would like to inform you that deleting your account will not automatically delete your personal data.

If you want your personal data to stop being processed or if you want the data to be deleted, you can exercise the rights detailed in chapter 7. Your rights

If you request account deletion, but there is at least one active order on that account, the account deletion request can only be registered after the products have been delivered and the last active order has been completed.

If you withdraw your consent for the processing of data for marketing purposes, AETS will stop processing your personal data for this purpose, without affecting the processing carried out by AETS based on the consent expressed by you before its withdrawal.

Under the conditions provided by the legislation on the processing of personal data, as data subjects, you have the following rights:

        • the right to information - the right to receive details of the processing activities carried out by AETS, as described in this document;

        • the right to access data - the right to obtain confirmation from AETS regarding the processing of personal data, as well as details regarding processing activities such as the manner in which the data are processed, the purpose for which the processing is done, the recipients or categories of recipients of the data, etc;

        • the right to rectification - the right to obtain the correction, without justified delay, by AETS of inaccurate / unjustified personal data, as well as the completion of incomplete data;

        • the right to data deletion, without undue delay, ("the right to be forgotten") - certain conditions apply; It is possible that, following the data deletion request, AETS will anonymize this data (thereby depersonalizing it) and continue processing it for statistical purposes under these conditions;

        • the right to restrict data processing, under certain circumstances;

        • the right to data portability - the right to receive personal data in a structured way, commonly used and in an easy-to-read format, as well as the right to have this data transmitted by AETS to another data controller, to the extent that the conditions provided by law are met;

        • the right to opposition
                - in terms of processing activities, it can be exercised by submitting a request as indicated below;
                - at any time, for reasons related to the particular situation in which the data subject finds himself, that the data concerning him be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of AETS or on the basis of the public interest, except in cases where he can demonstrate that he has legitimate and compelling reasons which justifies the processing and which prevails over the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subjects or that the purpose is to establish, exercise or defend a right in court;
                - at any time, free of charge and without any justification, that the data concerning her be processed for direct marketing purposes.

        • the right not to be subject to an automated individual decision - the right not to be the subject of a decision taken solely on the basis of automated processing activities, including profiling, which produce legal effects concerning or similarly affect the data subject to a significant extent;

        • the right to address the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or the competent courts, to the extent that you consider it necessary.

8. Minors' Privacy

AETS does not knowingly contact or collect information from persons under the age of 18.

The website is not intended to solicit information of any kind from persons under the age of 18.

If we come into possession of such information in error and are notified, we will obtain appropriate parental consent to use that information or, if that is not possible, we will delete the information from our servers.
